She was predeceased by: her husband Ramon Velazquez; her parents, Miguel Castillo and Clotilde Rodriguez; and her daughter Claribel Velazquez-Lucena. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Jesse Lucena (Theresa), Crystal Lemore (Rodney) and Emily Lucena; and her great grandchild Julian Lucena.
