She is survived by: her mother Betty J. Klingel (Padula) of Potter County, PA; her son Zackary Staples; her siblings, Kathy Hendershot and William J. Counterman, Jr.; her stepsiblings, Angel Jankowski, Patches Klingel and Benny Bergstresser; and her stepmother Lois Counterman.
