He was predeceased by: his parent Fred Johansen; and his sisters, Ragna Tetamore and Alice Johansen. He is survived by: his parent Ruth Johansen (Olsen); his spouse Marilyn J. Johansen (Johannessen); his children, Donna Andrews, Michael, Lois Gross, John, Dean Johansen, Sandy and Tom Johansen; his siblings, Florence Thompson of Judy Kalleberg and Olaf Johansen; and his grandchildren, Kristin, Elise, John, Emily, Lauren and Bianca.
