He was predeceased by: his parents, Steward Kratzer and Emma Jane Kratzer (Hahn); and his siblings, Virginia Rice, Dorothy Drumm, Stanley, Lester and Ralph Kratzer.
He is survived by: his wife Bettylou Kratzer (Ott); his children, Kara Bartholomew, Judson Kratzer (Beth), Neil Kratzer and Noel Kratzer (Christine); his brother David Kratzer; and his grandchildren, Riley Kratzer Burton (Mike), Kendyl Kratzer, Darin Bartholomew, Mitchell Bartholomew, Blythe Kratzer and Leyna Kratzer.
His health deteriorated as he aged, though he fought the good fight until the Covid 19 virus decided to call him from us.
