She is survived by: her husband Jake Smith; her mother Jody Anne Snyder of Northampton; her children, Addyson, Everly, Ethan and Aiden; her half-sister Tiffany Stettler; and her grandparents, Gerald, Peggy Snyder of Northampton and Lois Padula of Northampton.
