He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Lacy and Henrietta Lacy (Crow); his wife Masae Lacy (Nakagami); and his siblings, Elmer Lacy, Edna Whitton, Charlotte Theurer, Dolores Taylor and Ellen Lewald.
He is survived by: his children, Gary Lacy (Caroline) of Cliffside Park and Sue Murawski (Clem) of Wantage. He is also survived by two grandchildren; four great grandchildren; and his nieces and nephews.
