He was predeceased by: his former wife Flossie McCaughey; and his siblings, Bobby and Janice. He is survived by: his wife Marion McCaughey; his children, Susan McCaughey and Fred Tinney; his daughter-in-law Megan Tinney; his grandchildren, Sloane and Reid Tinney; and his brother Jim.
Memorials may be given to Bishop Mchugh Regional Catholic School and Humane Society of Ocean City.
