Troutman of Mount Aetna, Pennsylvania, born in Leesport, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 23, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Troutman and Helen Troutman (Oxenreider). He is survived by: his wife Annamae R. Troutman (Dreibelbis); his daughters, Donna (Stephen Gagin) of Meridian, ID, Dianna (Dennis Fry) of Womelsdorf and Tina (William Craft) of Wernersville; his grandchildren, Jodi, Michelle, Nathan, Nicholas and Amber; and his cousin Ronald Labe of Linglestown, PA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
