It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Patricia Fanning of Moshannon, Pennsylvania, born in Confluence, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 12, 2020, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Odbert L. Bisel and Elizabel Bisel (Lininger); her brothers, William D. and C. Michael Bisel; and her sister-in-law Beverly Bisel.
She is survived by: her spouse Lee E. Fanning; and her brother Theodore L. Bisel of Snow Shoe. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Following CDC recommendations, social distancing is encouraged, and face coverings will be required at all services.
