He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Meeker and Isabell Meeker (Mitchell); his sister Ruby Etters; and his stepbrother Alfred Spicer. He is survived by: his wife Polly A. Couteret; his sons, Paul E. Meeker of Morrisdale, Jason L. Meeker of Bellefonte and Brian A. Meeker of Moshannon; his brother Paul Meeker of Kylertown; his stepbrother William Spicer of Pine Glen; his sisters, Bonnie Houdeshell (Dan) of Pine Glen and Dorothy Shuey of Ohio; and his stepsister Barbara John of Texas.
