Kochik (Sharon) of Deatsville, AL and Richard J. Kochik (Judi) of Raleigh, NC; her sister Ellen Wolf of Moshannon; and her grandchildren, Jeffry Kochik, Jamie Kochik Collier, Susan Kochik, Scott Kochik, Stephen Kochik and Sean Kochik. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
