He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter H. Swistak and Olga Swistak (Kessock); his brother Vincent J Swistak; and his sister-in-law Deborah E. Swistak (Snyder). He is survived by: his friend Roaring Brook Twp; his wife Cathy; his children, Kristen, Kaitie and Jerry, Jr.; his grandsons, David and Jacob; and also, Jerry, Natalie, Karley and Annmarie. He is also survived by cousins and close family friends.
