He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Conway and Mary Conway (Kearney). He is survived by: his wife Ann Conway (Kresge); his daughters, Ellen O'Toole and Megan Conway; his sister Rosemary McGuire (Conway); his grandchildren, Thomas, Sean, Andrew and Lauren; and his nephew Joe Kresge. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In his honor, his family wishes to invite donations to help fund the "Papa Garden" in the backyard of his home where he spent his final years.
