It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Tibbetts of Moscow, Pennsylvania, born in Paterson, New Jersey, who passed away on November 30, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank and Dorathea Tibbetts (Houghton); and his sisters, Viola, Norma and Marilyn.
He is survived by: his wife Judith Tibbetts (Blake); his children, Deborah Tibbetts, Michael Tibbetts (Victoria) and Martin Tibbetts (Lynn); and his brother Frank Tibbetts (Lillian). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
