He was predeceased by: his wife Theresa Graham Skibinski; and his sister Mary Skibinski. He is survived by: his children, Julie Franke (Robert) of Cochecton, N. Y. and James Skibinski of Virginia; and his former wife Bertha Hay. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made to the American Legion.
