He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Griffin and Rose Gaylord Griffin; his son Robert Griffin; and his brother Edward J. Griffin. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Griffin; his children, Wesley Griffin of Mount Cobb, Wylie Griffin (Michelle) of Mount Cobb and Mandy Wombacker (Donald) of Thornhurst; and his grandchildren, Nick Griffin, Kyle Griffin, Madilynn Wombacker and Donald Wombacker IV.
