Seng of Moscow, Pennsylvania, born in Scranton, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 16, 2023, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis A. Seng and Elvira "Sis" McGuire Seng; and her brother Francis A. Seng Jr.. She is survived by: her son Eric Mulholland of Valley Village, Calif.; and her sister Peggy Gianneto (Thomas). She is also survived by cousins; nieces and nephews; and great-nieces and nephews.
