He was predeceased by: his parents, John Shelly and Margaret Shelly (Francik). He is survived by: his wife Jeanette (Semanski); and his children, Rhonda Morgantini (David), John Shelly, III (Debra) and Tamara McLain (Randy). He is also survived by his 6 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
