He was predeceased by: his parents, John A. Kayrish and Adeline Kayrish (Oleka); and his brother Andrew Kayrish. He is survived by: his cousins, Michael Kayrish of Swoyersville, Mary Decowski of Huntington Mills, Ann Cohen of Chevy Chase, Kathryn Sayers of Cape Coral, Fla., Rosalie Frankle of Greensboro, N. C. and Nancy Wachs.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Luke's Hospital Anderson Cancer Center.
