He was predeceased by: his parents, William A. Parks and Maude Parks (Kitchen); his former wife Darlene Parks; his daughter Diane Parks; and his brother Dale Parks.
He is survived by: his wife Betty York Parks; his son Keith Parks; his stepchildren, Pamela Dills, Penny Loggins, Misty Loggins, Wayne Loggins and Timothy Loggins; his siblings, Marian Kolibob and Paul Parks; and his grandchildren, Serena Parks, Kristopher Parks and Timothy Loggins.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 18th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Duffy and Snowdon Funeral Home (401 Church St, Moscow, PA 18444). A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 18th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
