She is survived by: her sons, Vincent and Anthony; her siblings, Salvatore "Sam" Profeta, Sr. (Adele), Rita Martello (Louis "Gino"), Marie "Mary" Sanvitale (Thomas) and Rosalia "Rosalie" Zappasodi (Aloysius "Al"); and her siblings-in-law, Frank Forcellini, Salvatore Spica (Phyllis) and Lucy Forcellini. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers a donation in Sarah's name may be made to Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church at the above address.
