He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Hammer and Margaret Hammer; and his siblings, Theresa, Catherine, Charles and Florence.
He is survived by: his wife Irene Hammer; his children, Cindy Gallone (Mark), Pam Hammer (Jim Swain), Greg Hammer and Ron Hammer (Sue); his grandchildren, Amanda (John), Maureen, Stefanie (Marc), Mark (Jen), Joshua (Hailey), Emily and Ryan; his great grandchildren, Henry, Maeson, Marlee, Dominic, Francesca, Myles, Aelynn, Cassian and Maverick; and his brother Jerry Hammer (Kathleen). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church (2130 Franklin Ave, Morton, PA 19070). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
