She was predeceased by: her parent Vince Lewis; her spouse Charles W. "Bud" Shane; her child Charles "Buddy" Shane, Jr.; and her sibling Janet DeWitt. She is survived by: her parent Alice Lewis; her children, Deborah Zahra (Marc) and Kathleen Opperman (Victor); her sibling Vincent Lewis (Kathy); her grandchildren, Tara Zahra (William), Marc Zahra, Shane Opperman and Sarah Opperman; and her great grandchildren, Gwendolyn Zahra, Madelyn Zahra and Eloisa Irvine.
