He was predeceased by: his parents, John Phillips and Bernice Phillips (Smith). He is survived by: his wife Donna Phillips (Vivaldi); his children, John F. Phillips, Joseph L. Phillips and Aleece M. Johnson (Ryan); his grandchildren, John Patrick "JP", Alexis and McKenzie; and his siblings, Jackie Ross (Frank), Michael Phillips (Kathy), Jody Phillips (Tina), Bunny Thiboutot, Val Phillips and Pete Phillips. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Knoetgen - Donohue Funeral Home - Morton (746 Kedron Ave, Morton, PA 19070). A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
