He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Arizini and Ruth Brown; and his brother Ralph Jr.. He is survived by: his sisters, June Marie and Hope; his children, James John Jr. (Denise), Judith Ann, Susan Marie, John Henry (Tabitha) and David Ralph (Marieke); his grandchildren, Matthew, Nicolaas, Isabella, Carolina Arizini, Michael T. and James T Stevenson; and his uncles, Terry, Zooie, Shark, Cliff and Jack.
