It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen H. Hoffman (Morton, Pennsylvania), who passed away on March 15, 2018, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her spouse John W. Hoffman; and her parent Frank Mattisz. She is survived by: her parent Hattie Mattisz; her son Gerard J. Hoffman; her nephew Earl J. Sherwood; and also, Gloria Corcoran and Leo Corcoran. She is also survived by Relatives and friends.
