We are sad to announce that on July 8, 2022, at the age of 93, Florence Elizabeth Hasiuk of Morton, Pennsylvania, born in Bayonne, New Jersey passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Aleksander Skrocki and Anna Skrocki (Mikut); and her siblings, Henry Skrocki and Helen Kostyk. She is survived by: her husband Adam Michael Hasiuk; her daughter Florence Joan Freeman; and her grandchildren, Jill, Annie and Adam.

In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial donations be sent to American Heart Assoc, 1617 John F. Kennedy Blvd Suite 700, Philadelphia, PA 19103.
