He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Howley and Rose Howley. He is survived by: his wife Linda M. Howley; his children, Edward M. Howley, Jr., Michael C. Howley (Patricia) and Sheri L. Hosbach (Evan); his granddaughter Michaela Howley; and his siblings, Charles H. Howley (Sue) and Maureen Lewis (Robert). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
