He is survived by: his wife Edith (Bixby); his children, Donna Schulcz (Mark) and James Zurlo (Lisa); his grandchildren, Grace, Seth and Nicholas; his siblings, Tom, Connie and Marlene; and his siblings-in-law, Margie Richard (Ray) and George Bixby.
