She was predeceased by: her husband Albert J. Pavlik Sr.; her grandson Stephen Pavlik; her children-in-law, Regina Pavlik and Michael Oberholtzer Sr.; her son George; her son-in-law Richard Boeckel; and her brother George HyDrew.

She is survived by: her children, Albert Pavlik Jr., Agnes Oberholtzer and Andrea Boeckel; and her grandchildren, Theresa Kinee, Michael Oberholtzer Jr. (Amy), Christopher Oberholtzer and Tiffany David. She is also survived by her children, Grandchildren, and Great Grandchildren.
