He was predeceased by: his parents, George Hasiuk and Mary Hasiuk (Dubek); his wife Florence Hasiuk; his daughter Karen; and his siblings, Walt, Joe, Tom, Lee, Andy Hasiuk and Adele Hamm.
He is survived by: his daughter Florence Joan Freeman; and his granddaughters, Jill, Annie and Abby.
