He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Patton and Virginia Patton. He is survived by: his daughter Andrea Applegate (Nolan); his sisters, Nancy Patton and Karen Kissel (James); his grandchildren, Dean and Jett Applegate; and his stepdaughters, Christina Van Hise and Michaelina Kraemer.
