He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Gervasio and Nancy Gervasio; and his brothers, Ralph, Anthony, Richard, Robert and Ronald.
He is survived by: his wife Teresa (Barth); his children, Matthew (Lauren) and Jane; his grandchildren, Owen and Ivy; and his siblings, Joseph and Rosemary Goliszewski. He is also survived by dad who cared for his two children as well as his many nieces and nephews.
