Smith Sr.; his wife Wanda Smith (Cunningham); his children, Amanda Smith of Philipsburg, Kristina Smith (Alex Exarchos) of Lemont, William A. Smith III of Port Matilda, Brian Kostyak (Deann) of Clearfield, Melissa Folmar (Jake) of Philipsburg, Melinda Hanes (Martin) of Altoona, MeKayla Ahlberg (Elyssa Ehredt) of Altoona and MeLesha Ahlberg of Altoona; his sisters, Ramona Smith of Pleasant Gap and Renee Rager (Chuck) of Muncy; his grandchildren, Lauren Williams, Janae Kostyak, Leo Hanes, Ty Magnuson, Liam Folmar and Ryann Folmar; and his great grandchild Kaden Barndt.
