She was predeceased by: her mother Sharron Shoffner (Lannen); her sister Patricia Shearer; and her grandson David Whittington. She is survived by: her father Harvey Shoffner of Clearfield, PA; her husband Andrew A. Smith; her children, Crystal Cashman (William Kramer, Jr.) of West Decatur, PA, Heather Whittington (Robert) of Clearfield, PA and Lynn Kovach of Curwensville, PA; her siblings, Pamela Rinehart of Chillocothe, OH, Harvey Shoffner of Philipsburg, PA and Gary Shoffner of Grampian, PA; her grandchildren, Russell Beish, SaraMae Beish, Anthony Whittington and Davinity Whittington; and her sisters-in-law, Carole Ahlstrom and Alison Frantz. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and a large extended family.
