He was predeceased by: his parents, John Cantolina and Mary Cantolina (Villella); and his son Michael A. Cantolina. He is survived by: his children, John Joseph Cantolina of Morrisdale, Paul T. Cantolina (Joann Yurky-Shimmel) of Osceola Mills, Anita Witherite (Michael) of Morrisdale and Gina M. Soster (Michael) of Snow Shoe; and his grandchildren, Paul T. Cantolina, II, Constance Horton (William), John A. Cantolina-Lyons, Nathan A. Graham, Jr., Andrew Bass, Melody Bloom (Jacob), Mary Soster and Toby Soster. He is also survived by eight step-grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
