He is survived by: his close friend Edith C. Gonzalez; his children, Joyce Twoey (Douglas), Penny Gladden (Bob) of Curwensville, PA and Foster S. Phillips (Beverly Olson) of West Decatur, PA; and his siblings, Dorothy Morris (Cecil) of Woodland, PA, Carol Beck (Gilbert) of Houtzdale, PA, Ronald Phillips (Jacqueline) of West Decatur, PA and James Phillips (Carolyn) of West Decatur, PA.. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and twenty-three great-grandchildren.
