She was predeceased by: her parents, Bruce Root and Daisy Root (Thompson); her husband Karl Urban; her daughter Nancy Collins; and her siblings, Harold, Clifford, James Root, Dorothy Root, Wanda Marvin, Nellie Dominiski and Madelyn Wilcox.
She is survived by: her son Gary Urban (Linda) of Canton; her grandchildren, Tim Urban (Stacey), Toni Urban (Chuck Bailey), Steve Steger and Shelby Kinsey (Tim); and her great grandchildren, Joelle, Reed, Piper Vivian Urban, Nick Bailey, Katy and Nathan Kinsey.
In lieu of flowers the family suggest memorial contributions in Vivian's name be made to the Mt. Pleasant United Methodist Church, 75 Mt. Pleasant Rd., Morris, PA 16938.
