He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Jager and Ora Jager (Ansell); his wife Margaret "Peggy" Mary Jager (Tuohy); and his stepdaughters, Christine Verhagen and Kimberly Gorton.
He is survived by: his children, Eric Jager of Gulf Breeze, FL and Cindy Cullinane (Tom) of Holland Township, NJ; his stepchildren, Mark Verhagen, William Verhagen, Victoria Robinson and Jennifer Freitag; his sisters, Cora Nemec of Virginia and Margaret Nance (Bobby) of North Carolina; and his grandchildren, Heather, Evan, Meghan and Lauren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of one's choice.
