He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul R. Cohick, Sr. and Wilma Cohick (Smith). He is survived by: his wife Louise Cohick of Morris, PA; his sons, Doug Cohick (Beth) of Morris, PA and David Cohick (Saskia) of Wellsboro, PA; and his siblings, Jane Lucas of Salladasburg, PA, Norma Flook of Salladasburg, PA, Sandy Boatman (Paul) of Jersey Shore, PA, Bonnie Wagner (Don) of Lock Haven, PA and Gary Fuller (Betty) of Jersey Shore, PA. He is also survived by three grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
