He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry S. Teed and Charlotte Teed (Duffey); and his sister Julia. He is survived by: his wife Letha A. Dickinson; and his children, Sandi Johnson (Victor) of Asheboro, NC, Larry E. Teed of Wellsboro and Scott A. Teed of Liberty, PA. He is also survived by five grandchildren, two great grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren; a brother.
