He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen D. Ludwig and Bertha Ludwig (Wise); and his siblings, Eugene, John, Robert Ludwig and Betty Weaver.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ludwig (Frederick); his children, David O. Ludwig (Diane Boff) of Denver and Michele (Jeffrey Usner) of Narvon; his granddaughters, Elizabeth (Cody Wisniewski) of Hamburg, Allison (Josh Martin) of Denver and Erin Usner of Narvon; and his brother James Ludwig (Joyce) of Morris.
