It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ned Montgomery Lapp Jr. (Morgantown, Pennsylvania), born in West Chester, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 21, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ned M. Lapp, Sr. and Ruth Lapp (Ebling). He is survived by: his children, Todd M. (Elizabeth Lapp) of Robeson Twp and Denise M. Hall of Honey Brook, PA; his siblings, Paul J. Lapp of Morgantown, PA, Karen Arters of Narvon, PA and Carol Holloway of Coatesville, PA; and his granddaughter Victoria Hall.
