She was predeceased by: her parents, Louise Tennant (Smith) and Homer E. Tennant; her brother Jerry Tennant of Oak Hill, WV; and her niece Marna Edwards. She is survived by: her former husband Dexter J. Fowler; her husband Jim; her brother-in-law Dorsey Rinehart of Portsmouth, OH; her nieces and nephews, Sharon Brash of Beckley, WV, Judy Tennant of Oak Hill, WV, Ron Rinehart (Cheryl) of Minford, OH, Mark Tennant (Jane) of Myrtle Beach, SC, Tom Tennant (Becky) of Oak Hill, WV, Paul Mason Tennant of Boca Raton, FL, Kenny Brash of Mt. Hope, WV and Johnny Brash; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Mindy, Brett (Ashley), Kyle, Ryan and Brenton. She is also survived by her many friends, young and old relatives.
