With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of John Kauffman of Morgantown, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 8, 2024 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin M. Kauffman and Elizabeth Kauffman (Esh); his wife Lavina K. Kauffman (Lapp); and his siblings, Malinda, Daniel, Elmer and Samuel.
He is survived by: his children, Wilmer (Barbara Esh Kauffman) of Penn Yan, NY, Elizabeth (Eli King), Susie (Stevie King), Benjamin (Rachel Stoltzfus Kauffman), Chris (Emma Stoltzfus Kauffman), Amos (Rachel Stoltzfus Kauffman), John (Rebecca Beiler Kauffman) and Mary (David Allgyer); his brothers, Benjamin (Elsie King Kauffman) of Gratz, PA and Elam; his sister-in-law Mary Stoltzfus of New York; his sisters, Fannie (late Daniel Stoltzfoos), Leola and Priscilla; and his sibling-in-law Stevie Fisher of Gratz, PA.. He is also survived by 61 grandchildren and 39 great-grandchildren.
