He was predeceased by: his mother Lola Kabbeko. He is survived by: his wife Diane Kabbeko; his children, Blaise William Kabbeko, Dante Michael Kabbeko (Carissa Jones) and Delaney Marie Kabbeko; his father Michael Kabbeko; his siblings, Michael Kabbeko (Jennifer), Mark Kabbeko (Sherri), Anthony Kabbeko and Katrina Kabbeko; and his godson Mark Kabbeko, Jr. (Jess). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, especially his nephew.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made directly to the family in order to help ease the burden of Blaise's end of life expenses.
