He was predeceased by: his parents, David Daniel, Sr. and Betty Jane Gallaher (McCollough); his siblings, David Daniel (Gallaher, Jr.) and Gloria Jean Materkowski; and his niece Jamie Lynn Materkowski.
He is survived by: his wife Gloria Bell Maines; his daughter Christine Henkes (Ian); his grandchildren, Marcus, Evan and Annie; his son Adam Gallaher; his grandsons, Adam II (Kristen) and David (Kaycie); his daughter Olivia; his sister-in-law Carolyn Gallaher; and his brother Edward Gallaher (Margaret). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and their spouses and children.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests consideration of a blood donation at a location of your choice, or make a monetary donation to the Red Cross, a non-profit that supports Alzheimer research, or the Old Town Sportsman's of Clearfield.
