It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rita M. Bartashus of Morea, Pennsylvania, born in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 22, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Lontz and Margaret Lontz (Fisher); her husband Joseph Bartashus; and her cousin Carolyn Sims. She is survived by: her sister Mary Lontz Siemanski (Bill); her niece Colleen Fetterhoff (Brian); her great-nephew Ethan Fetterhoff; her nephew Jeremiah Siemanski (Ashley); her stepdaughters, Chris Wagner, Josie Welsh, Sue Bartashus and Kimberly Tascher; her stepgrandchildren, Kasey, Courtney, Carly, Kelly, Giana, Arianny, Angel, Bryce and Gavin; her siblings, Robert and Linda Hall (Robert); and her brother-in-law Wally Bartashus (Helen). She is also survived by children, cousins and her friend.
