He is survived by: his sons, Luke and Chris Whitaker; his former wife Jean Burns; and his siblings, Patricia Whitaker Hughes (Paul Skulsky), N. Y., Marie (Frank Pedriani) and Patrick Whitaker. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
