She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Hendricks and Charlotte Rhoades. She is survived by: her husband Michael J. Corinchock; her daughters, Kristen Milam and Lori Corinchock; her grandchildren, Kaia Milam and Maksim Leibig; her siblings-in-law, Carol (Alex Tallick) and Paul (Lizabeth Corinchock); and her nephew Joel Rau, Jr..

In lieu of flowers donations can be made in Judy's name to St. Michael's Church, 114 S. Chestnut St., Shenandoah, PA 17976.
